Consultations

Dr Ball sees patients in his private rooms in St Leonards, opposite Royal North Shore Hospital. A consultation fee is charged, which is only partially reimbursed by Medicare*. A reduced fee is applicable for pensioners. For Workers Compensation cases, pre-approval is required. In cases where payment of this fee is difficult, Dr Ball provides services through the outpatient clinic at Royal North Shore Hospital, with no cost to the patient**.

You should bring -
- a current referral from either your general practitioner or specialist.
- all relevant Xrays, CT scans or MRI scans.
- a list of your medications and allergies.
- any other material or information related to your problem.
- for Workers Compensation cases, insurer and claim details and pre-approval required.
